How to make a return to Footkorner.com
DEFECTIVE ARTICLE OR ARTICLE DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE ORDERED?
Contact us through the "Contact" section of our website, department: "Defective, product error" so that we can quickly provide you with the most suitable solution.
If a product does not meet the customer's expectations, we will refund the product as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of the date on which the right was exercised. The refund will be made to the credit card of the customer who placed the order. Products returned damaged/dirty or having been worn (except in the case of a simple and brief fitting) or used outside by the Customer, or whose labels have been removed, will not be accepted.
All products purchased during sales/promotions/flash sales will be refunded at the purchase price.

Conditions d’éligibilité
L’offre est valable uniquement sur les produits spécifiques de la collaboration Dinos x Footkorner et n’est pas cumulable avec d’autres promotions.
Durée de l’offre : Dans la limite des stocks disponibles
Précommande : Les articles de l’offre, incluant l’album Dinos, sont en précommande et ne seront expédiés qu’à partir du 28 novembre 2024.
Retours et remboursements
- En cas de retour d’un produit acheté avec l’offre, tous les articles inclus dans l’offre (ex. : survêtement + CD) doivent être retournés ensemble.
- Si un client ne retourne qu’une partie des articles, la remise de 10€ sera annulée et déduite du remboursement.
